TojTabii worked to establish a network of independent regional juice producers who are producing high quality, natural fruit juice while packaging and selling under one brand. Although regional fruit production is high, it often goes to waste because they lack the production facilities to turn their second sort fruit into profitable juice. Through partnerships and establishing new production facilities, TojTabii sought to equip locals to earn a profitable wage locally and reduce food waste.

The Greenhouse is a community-centered teahouse and bookstore in Khorog, Tajikistan designed to provide a welcoming environment for students, young adults, and local residents through tea, books, reliable internet, English conversation opportunities, and community events.

More than a place to purchase tea or books, The Greenhouse is intended to foster connection, lifelong learning, and personal growth. By creating a consistent gathering place where people can study, exchange ideas, and participate in educational and cultural activities, the project seeks to strengthen relationships within the community while expanding access to opportunities that are often difficult to find in Khorog.
